MKR General Policies

MKR is a clan of Honor, Fairness, and Respect.
MKR does not allow profanity or inappropriate material insite.
MKR treats all members with courtesy and respect. Harrassment of any kind will not be tolerated
MKR will not permit inappropriate country names.
General guidelines for determining degree of appropriateness is: PG13
English is the official language for MKR. While we respect the fact that members may be from many countries, and speak many languages, MKR buisness is conducted in English.
MKR honors its pacts. We expect the same from our allies.
MKR does not cheat nor do we condone cheating in any way.
Members may run only one country in the applicable server and this country must be tagged MKR.

MKR Land Grab Policies

MKR members are to avoid hitting allies as pacted in clan Embassy.
MKR members are to avoid hitting clans listed as DNH. DNH is designated by leadership for various reasons.
MKR members are to avoid using harmful spyops or missiles to any country except as part of an approved kill. MKR members are to avoid grabbing the same country more than 2 times in 24 hours or 3 times in 72 hours.

MKR Retal Policies

MKR conducts retals/accepts retals in accordance with its signed pacts when applicable.
MKR conducts retals/accepts retals for 72 hours from the time of the last attack, unless extended by FA agreements.
For spamtags or untagged countries, the following retal policy applies:

Standard Attacks
1 LG (ss/ps) = 1 retal
2 LG (ss/ps) = 3 retals
3 LG (ss/ps) = 6 retals
4 LG (ss/ps) = FARM for 72 hours
5 LG (ss/ps) = FARM/KILL

1 over retal (ss/ps) = 2 retals (ss/ps)
2 over retals (ss/ps) = 5 retals (ss/PS)
3 over retals (ss/ps) = FARM/KILL

Special attacks
1 Special attacks = 2 retals
2 Special attacks = 5 retals
3 Special attacks = FARM/KILL

MKR Policy for Recognized Alliances

MKR defines a Recognized Alliance as a clan with a Single Tag, A Hosted Clan Site, and at least One Posted Contact.

For Recognized clans that do not have a pact with MKR the above "MKR Retal Policy" will apply with the following exceptions:

MKR will contact recognized alliance prior to taking more than 3 authorized retals.
Likewise, MKR will not accept more than 3 retals without FA contact.
MKR will not FARM/KILL a member of a recognized alliance if FA contact is made within 24 hours of attack and an agreement for retals is reached.
Likewise, MKR will not tolerate FARM/KILL of an MKR member without 24 hours given for FA contact to be made and an agreement for retals to be reached.
MKR will not retal a recognized alliance in excess of their posted retal policy. If our policy is 7 retals and yours is 6, MKR will retal 6.
Likewise, MKR will not tolerate retals in excess of our posted retal policy. If our policy is 6 and yours is 7, MKR will accept 6 retals.
MKR will accomadate wishes of recognized alliances wishing to use their standard policy in all instances; however, alliance must notify MKR in advance of this preference.
